My journey began when my grandfather gave me my first set of Derwent coloured pencils. Being very, very young I had no idea the quality I held in my hand but I certainly loved and treasured them. I studied Art at Highschool, but at that time it wasn't a career I was enouraged to follow.

In 2009 I have commenced a Certificate 1V in Fine Arts at the Wollongong Department of TAFE, and I am loving it!!

I have progressed into Charcoal - which I especially enjoy and other mediums as well. I am also studying the art of Black & White Photograpy, so hopefully it won't be too long before I am able to add examples of that work also."

I guess though, that painting and drawing are my first loves. I always say, "I am happiest with a paintbrush in my hand even if it's to paint walls at home."
